the gamits - i always thought this band should have been a lot bigger than they were? usually when i mention them people are like “are they new?”. they fit in perfectly with the whole dillinger four / off with their heads crowd, and d4 is one of my favorite bands. i also didnt know they were still a band until i checked wikipedia to see what their members were up to currently.
iron chic - first of all. their singer. hay boo. i still haven’t seen this band live sadly, but i think that Not Like This is a phenomenal record and it really draws a lot of obvious influence from melodic hardcore bands out of long island as well as a lot of the no idea bands like hot water music and small brown bike. this band should be really huge right now and i think they kind of are but what have they not played here? CMON.
