I’d probably specialize in something less obvious like tater tots or just potato dishes in general. Waffle fries, curly fries, potato chips. Tons of dipping sauces and seasoning.

The staff would be encouraged to dress how they enjoyed, and we would have a jukebox with all kinds of hot trax on it, a dance floor that lit up, and giant TV’s that never played sports only awesome movies. Maybe even a theatre somewhere that played obscure flicks nightly.

I probably would brew my own beer as I don’t drink it, but I wouldn’t mind making my own root beer or ginger ale for it, and perhaps having a friend like Ben or someone brew beer since they know about it :)
